Our corporate policies outline our procedures and practice that our Executive Team, Management and colleagues work to.

This policy sets out the expected conduct of learners while participating in programmes delivered by PM Training or its partner organisations.

Our aim is to assist all learners to gain the skills and behaviours that will be appropriate to help their development and progression towards employment.

we are aspire is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and adults with care and support needs. This policy and the corresponding procedure, aims to meet our responsibilities to protect the safeguarding and welfare of children and adults with care and support needs.

This policy applies to all staff (including temporary staff), volunteers, contractors and agents who work for Aspire. It will also be applicable to any training subcontracting
to PM Training.

The Prevent Strategy is the response to the ideological challenge of terrorism and the threat from those who promote it; to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism and ensure that they are given appropriate advice and support.

This policy defines the approach taken by PM Training in response to its duties with respect to Prevent.

There is a clear link between misuse of alcohol, drugs and other substances and greatly reduced safety and efficiency. It is the policy of PM Training that the working environment including all vehicles should be free from the influence of drugs or alcohol. This will help to assure the health and safety of all colleagues, apprentices and learners as well as others who they come into contact with. This will also help to maintain the efficient and effective operation of our businesses and ensure our customers receive from us the service quality they require.

we are aspire is committed to taking all reasonable steps to protect tenants, employees, visitors, contractors and members of the public from the effects of fire in its premises. In doing so we will, where reasonably practicable, implement fire prevention measures designed to eliminate or reduce fire hazards in our buildings, thereby reducing the likelihood of a fire occurring and indeed the impact of any fire should one occur.

Provision of maths and English is integral to our apprenticeship programmes. We recognise the importance of improving maths and English skills in the context of social mobility and in helping learners progress effectively. Further we know the wide range of skills, abilities and learning styles that present, so ensure we take a customised approach to the delivery of our programmes.

PM Training is committed to ensuring that learners are assessed prior to commencement of their apprenticeship to ensure suitability. The range of the policy covers all apprenticeship related courses offered within PM Training but may well apply to other vocationally related courses should they become a part of the curriculum in future.

This policy sets out how PM Training comply with the ESFA rules in respect of subcontracted provision. PM Training is committed to delivering a wide range of high-quality learning opportunities to young people and adults. In order to meet this aspiration PM Training has entered into both fully subcontracted provision and joint delivery arrangements with a number of training organisations.
