ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYER

Horton Building Plastics is a specialist retailer established in Staffordshire in 2017. Open to the Trade and Public and specialising in UPVC windows, Doors and Building Plastics which include Rainwater Plastics, Fascia, Soffit and the associated fixings.

ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

8.00am - 5.00pm

Monday to Friday

Providing excellent customer service in store, online and over the phone
Stock ordering and replenishment
Taking and processing customer orders
Maintaining store standards and housekeeping
An active role in a high performing

The ideal candidate must:

Be confident, outgoing and with a passion for retail
Have previous retail / trade experience
Knowledge of Building Plastics & Windows would be advantageous but not essential
Good communication skills are important with a good standard of numeracy and literacy
Have a genuine interest in the industry and people.

PROGRESSION

A trade counter assistant role can lead to other progression roles within warehousing, logistics and sales.

With hard work and dedication, a permanent role may be available after your apprenticeship with this employer, subject to their terms and conditions.
