 Customer service and business administration tasks:

Klarius are seeking an apprentice who knows what great customer service looks like, and how to provide it. Can build relationships with people at all levels and enjoys working within a team. Loves to learn, develop, and expand their knowledge, is comfortable working with technology and keen to be a part of the Klarius team.

  • Answer telephone calls, deal with queries and pass on messages as appropriate
  • Create and update files, scanning, organising, and filing relevant information
  • Replying to customer queries via email or by answering the telephone
  • Deal with orders, offering advice, guidance, and support
  • Follow the internal policies and procedures, including any complaints processes and digital media policies that are relevant to you and your organisation.
  • Use office equipment and technology to meet the needs of the customer and organisation
  • Meet the goals and targets in the dept and continually improve to meet customer needs
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Other general administration duties

Working week:

Monday - Friday 

8.30am - 4.30pm
