 Level 2 Customer Service


AdGifts Online, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, provide eye-catching branded promotional solutions for thousands of business and corporate events across the UK including conferences, trade shows, mailing and marketing campaigns, as well as staff and customer incentive schemes.


Main duties of this role include:

  • Answering customers’ queries by phone, email or webchat
  • Taking enquiries and passing onto the relevant department
  • Entering customer information onto a CRM database
  • Producing quotations and checking product availability
  • Sourcing specific and new products based on customers’ requirements.
  • Adding new products onto a CRM database
  • Producing / processing orders and liaising with suppliers
  • Producing artwork (Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator) Training provided
  • Keeping track of order progress and updating customers
  • Taking credit card payments and raising and sending invoices/credit notes
  • Ordering and processing sample requests – sending parcels via Royal Mail or courier
  • Handling complaints or passing them to a manager
  • Website updates (adding new products, amending product details, changing prices)
  • Website SEO administration
  • Social media management (Twitter content, Instagram Content, Facebook content, LinkedIn content)
  • Blog and article creation
  • Product SEO research
  • In-house order fulfilment (if needed)
  • Assisting and helping other colleagues when required and keeping all colleagues informed of working progress and activities, in the office up-date meetings
  • Attending trade shows and team building exercises, where applicable
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate
