Programmes for 19+

We operate a number of ‘preparation for work’ and ‘transitional employment’ programmes for individuals aged 19+.

Many of these are currently undergoing change as part of the Government’s review of welfare-to-work but we anticipate that we will continue to support adults into work through the new Work Programme.

Due to these changes we are not currently operating any of these programmes but new initiatives will be posted here as they arise.

We are also able to offer Apprenticeship training to individuals aged 19+. To access this you will need to be in employment so that we can discuss with your employer the training programmes available and any funding that can be accessed.
