PM Training helps support more than 200 apprenticeships every year across a wide range of service areas and sectors including:

All of our apprentices have a dedicated mentor who keeps in touch with them to ensure they are successfully completing their apprenticeship and are a valuable part of the companies’ workforce.

We also support companies that take an apprentice from us by assisting them to meet any health and safety and human resource requirements.

Around 70% of learners progress into an apprenticeship and 65% of apprentices move on into full-time work, well above the averages in Staffordshire.

Our Apprentices are consistently recognised for regional and national awards, with one apprentice winning the prestigious National Youth Builder of the Year Award and, more recently, another winning the West Midlands Apprentice of the Year.
