Do you want to earn while you learn? Apprenticeships are your chance to start your career, learn skills on the job and get a recognised qualification.
PM Training has over 20 years’ experience in preparing young people for work and apprenticeships. Help is offered through the whole process, from employability skills; help with your maths, English and ICT, to advice on your application and gaining a real job at the end.
With one of the highest progression rates in the area and 86% learner satisfaction – higher than local colleges; you’re in good hands. Our Apprentices are consistently recognised for regional and national awards, with apprentices winning the prestigious National Youth Builder of the Year Award and others winning the West Midlands Apprentice of the Year with the National Apprenticeship Service.
What is an Apprenticeship?
An Apprenticeship lets you train while you work and still get paid. You’ll learn and gain practical skills from the workplace which set you on your route to your chosen career. Most of the apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace with a local employer, with training taking place within a PM Training centre or local college.
Apprenticeships include a national vocational qualification (NVQ), functional skills and a technical certificate, meaning at the end of the apprenticeship you’ll have a Full Framework Certificate including professional skills and a nationally recognised qualification – widely recognised by employers.
Who can do an Apprenticeship?
Anyone aged 16-18 can apply for an Apprenticeship, whether you’re leaving school, employed, unemployed or want to simply change your career path.
